What we measure, and what we never touch

Your file

A diagram you convert is parsed in memory and dropped when the response is sent. There is no upload history, no account required, and nothing written to disk — which is why the free tool does not go through the pipeline that records conversions.

A brand URL is fetched once to read its palette and type. The page is not stored and the URL is not kept.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, and it is off until you convert a file or ask us to draw one. Reading a page sets no analytics cookie and sends no event — not even a page view. Doing one of those two things turns it on, and the notice sits next to the control that does it.

We send the shape of the work and nothing else:

• · Which format you brought and how many shapes and connections it had
• · Which controls you used — brand, palette, type, animation
• · Which file types you downloaded
• · Whether you started a checkout, signed in, or issued an API key

We never send your file, anything inside it, any label, any filename, or the brand URL you pasted. IP addresses are anonymised and advertising signals are switched off entirely.

Turning it off

Withdrawing is as easy as giving it — otherwise it would not be consent.

Accounts

Signing in stores your email address and nothing else — there is no password anywhere in the system. Paid plans are handled by Stripe; we never see a card number. Conversions run through the API are stored against your account so you can fetch them again, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
