The part that goes wrong is consistency, not drawing

Most teams can draw a process flow. What they cannot do is draw forty of them the same way — so a client pack arrives with three different blues, two typefaces and boxes at four sizes, and the work looks less careful than it was. That is the problem this solves: the layout is deterministic, so the same description gives the same drawing every time, and every diagram in the pack comes out on one brand.

What you get out

SVG and PNG on any plan. PowerPoint with real editable shapes and live text — not a picture of a chart you cannot fix a typo in — plus our own .dgm format, which is plain text you can edit and re-import. Every conversion returns a ledger saying what changed, because you know your own diagram and would notice anyway.

Questions people actually ask

What is the difference from a flowchart?
Very little, and the words are used interchangeably. A flowchart usually implies decisions and branches; a process flow usually implies a sequence of stages. Both are drawn here, and the type is picked from what you describe rather than asked for.
Can it show decisions?
Yes. A step phrased as a question is drawn as a decision diamond, measured as the rhombus it is rather than as a box with corners cut off.
Does it handle a process with fifty steps?
Yes, and nothing is dropped to make it fit — the canvas grows instead. Tools that redraw with a model tend to cap out around two dozen and quietly lose the rest.
